Dear Applicant,

We are pleased that you are considering Nepal Theological College for your ministerial preparation. Our desire is to see God glorified through the transforming ministry of anointed and equipped servant leaders. To this end, NTC is committed to serving you in your ministerial formation.

After you submit all the necessary documents, your application will be processed and reviewed by the Admissions Committee. Please see that the following are included along with your application form:

copies of all your past academic achievements. (SLC/SEE, Intermediate, ten plus two certificate, bachelor or master level certificate or its equivalent with mark sheet). Do not attach any original certificates. Originals are to be produced at the time of registration for verification.
the medical certificate in the prescribed form enclosed in the prospectus along with copies of medical record. History of past illnesses and medication if any, should be disclosed. If the college discovers any illness or medication that are not disclosed, the same will be considered as breach of trust and admission will be cancelled.
a detailed personal testimony in your own words in English (this must not be longer than two pages) including the following aspects: conversion experience, call for ministry, previous ministry experience, involvement/encouragement you have received from family members and friends for ministry and for study at NTC, and how you feel NTC would help to fulfill your call and commitment.
the reference forms duly filled by the persons you mentioned in your application form, sealed in the envelopes.
the finance sponsorship form duly filled and signed with the official seal of the sponsoring individual or organization. Please enclose a detailed description of your financial plan.
Rs.200/-needs to be sent to NTC as application and processing fee while submitting the application form.

Admission eligibility is determined through careful and prayerful evaluation of all the application material. The last date for receiving completed application is May 15 each year; you may expect to hear from us by June 15 about the decision of the admissions committee.
